RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
All sales are final. We don’t accept exchanges/returns on items that have been worn or damaged. Including but not limited to tears, rips, or peculiar smells that are done to the items. We only accept exchanges if the incorrect item was shipped without other terms being violated by recipient.
Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email within 10 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will credit you or send you items of your choice that equally add up to the value of your returning item, if we have them available. Note that most of our items are handmade and typically take 1-3 weeks to produce, so in the event that you need an order by a specific time, be mindful to order ahead.
